Insurance and Financing Options

Understanding your insurance coverage can be quite challenging, and Satko Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center’s goal is to assist you in maximizing your benefits. Each plan is slightly different in its covered services and each patient should become familiar with their policy exclusions, deductibles and patient financial responsibilities. Oral surgery procedures can sometimes be covered under a medical plan. 

Insurance options:

We accept assignment for all major insurance plans with the exception of Medicaid. We are an in-network provider with Delta Dental Premier. We will file medical and dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. The payment will be sent directly to you. Therefore, payment for service will be due from you at the time of treatment because your insurance may reimburse you directly for all covered services per your individual contract. In some cases, it is possible for you to pay for your treatment today with your credit card then receive a check from your insurance carrier before the monthly credit card statement arrives. Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and give you a copy of the claim, so you have the option to track it. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks, sometimes as early as two if you are paid directly. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
