Insurance and Financing Options
Understanding your insurance coverage can be quite challenging, and Satko Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center’s goal is to assist you in maximizing your benefits. Each plan is slightly different in its covered services and each patient should bring both their medical and dental insurance cards to their first appointment.
We accept assignment for all major insurance plans with the exception of Medicaid and Medicare. We are an in-network provider with Delta Dental Premier. Payment for services will be due from you at the time of treatment. We offer flexible payment options and you will be able to discuss this with our financial coordinator at your consultation appointment. After treatment is completed, we will file appropriate claims to both medical and dental insurance. We will contact your insurance provider to approve reimbursement for your procedures.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and give you a copy of the claim, so you have the option to track it. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks, sometimes as early as two if you are paid directly. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
